Newgrove House Care Home, Station Road,
New Waltham, North East Lincolnshire, DN36 4RZ. T: 01472 822176 F: 01472 826650

We like our residents and their relatives to be able to influence the menu, the activities and all other operational aspects of the Home. Therefore the manager runs regular resident and relative meetings where all these items are discussed and inputs taken into account during the planning of these operations.
Comprehensive risk assessments are carried out when a resident first arrives at the home and this enables us to take a preventative approach to the care provided in order to maintain the resident's right to independence, choice and fulfilment by responsible risk taking. Our risk assessments allow us to keep our residents safe, but allowing them independence and dignity.
Our clients choose the time at which they get up and the time at which they retire to bed. As we get to know our residents, we come to know their personalities, those that need encouragement, those that need assistance and those that prefer to pursue their own adventures. We offer our clients, their visitors and relatives privacy, be that in their own room or in the visitors’ rooms provided. At Newgrove our clients find a relaxed and homely environment in which their care, well being and comfort are of prime importance.
