Our residents are never pressured into participating and you will find that we like to encourage and, where possible, assist our residents in pursuing their own hobbies. Also every room is equipped with a television and a radio can be arranged if necessary. Subscription TV can also be arranged if needed and newspapers and periodicals can be delivered daily.
It is rare that our residents are ever bored and in the event there is seemingly nothing to do you will find our friendly staff painting nails or giving hand massages.
There are also always quiet areas in the home where you can chat or just relax and enjoy the panoramic views around the home. We have visits from the different religious denominations who come and given religious services and support to our clients. We also have the Library Service who visits and either audio or reading books can be requested. Different activities are organised every morning. Entertainers are invited regularly to do dances and sing along's to entertain the clients.
Despite the number of activities on offer, Newgrove House has great respect for individuality and freedom of choice.
