The Acting Manager of the Home is a Registered Mental Nurse and has also undertaken NVQ Level 4 training herself.  She takes a personal role in the ongoing training and development of all staff.  She leads by example and often undertakes all new training herself so that she can help the staff in their training.  Recently the Home made Dementia training, Customer Service training and Equality and Diversity training mandatory for all care staff.
